Good Root Beer

I use this extract in a dry-ice beverage mix for a large community gathering. The flavor is not as good as the old Zatarans that has been taken off the market, but it it is the next best thing based on the feedback from my neighbors at our event! Personaly, I consider this more of a smooth flavor with a hint of vanilla, while others on the market may be sweet (Hires/Watkins/McCormics) or dry (like many of the "gourmet" flavors that leave one thirsty wanting more) or simply bland flavor (like Shanks.) Of course...any of these extracts can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of mixes.
