great service, product has issues

I got my first one of these just over 6 months ago. was great to wear, easy to fit and get off and on, although the magnetic strap with a magnetic charging cable on my watch has its challenges. The strap is white metal plated not stainless as advertised, so if you use sunscreen on the skin it contacts and then sweat you wrist turns a strange colour. My main issue with it was that somehow a link on the edge of the band got broken and I ended up with a very sharp bit sticking up, after cutting my fingers on this several times I stopped using the band and requested a replacement. Strapify customer service were great about this and replaced it quickly. 🤞 the new one will last longer.
