Didn’t fit even after supplying my watch make and age, poor response from Strapify

The pins were too thick at the tip for my watch lugs. As I’d provided my watch make and age as requested before purchase, I asked for a refund as I had to buy another band elsewhere. This has so far not been sorted out. If you have an older Omega, don’t go for the quick release bands.
