Awesome watch band + customer service

My experience didn’t start out strong with being sent the wrong band but Sam from customer service was amazing and sent me the right one within 2 days! When I received it, one of my quick release pins was faulty and I was sent one the same day which was awesome. The strap is awesome, super comfy on my wrist and super reliable. Communication was excellent and despite the back and forth, is super worth it! Will be purchasing again as needed 😊

Band was easy to put on the watch and is very comfortable to wear. I have a big wrist, so band could be a cm longer.
