Made a fantastic pan sauce with this, cx stock, shallot powder, Dijon mustard powder, and butter powder. I’ll take pics next time!

Useful product

For the people who wonder how much to use, the catch is you use more powder than water. As a new user, at the moment I have it at 3T powder to 2T water but it's still a bit runny - OK as a base for salad dressing but more powder needed for use as topping. Start small like that so you can adjust it without wasting product.
