EXCELLENT, for those who enjoy the flavorful heat :) (like me) Endless uses for this and is not a grocery store novelty item for those who sit around the table and dare each other to try it. Always top quality I constantly order, so I never run out. It is NOT burning hot without any flavor. It has that distinctive habanero flavor I like. For those people watching their dollars, it is very economical. It is very fine like a powder. For this reason I call it "HAB DUST" :) Begin with a light "dusting" and increase the amount you shake on to your personal taste. Thanks Spice Sage, for offering the PURE grade in addition to the regular Hab powder but the "PURE" offering is the only way to season.
