My prior experiences with Ajà Panca had always been in the form of an imported paste - delicious, yes, but kind of one dimensional in terms of what is possible to do.
The fresh pods from My Spice Sage not only created new avenues for culinary exploration, but were also revelatory in terms of fresh and fantastic flavour!
These chiles are fresh, pliant, easy to work with and, most of all, incredibly flavourful!
