It sounds wonderful. There are no instructions with it for how to mix it. I need instructions for a mix.

Excellent mix, ordered it a few times now and haven't found anything that compares. That being said, this last order was not quite as good as the previous couple, I hope they haven't changed the ingredients. We've cooked the recent order twice using the same recipe and both times both my wife and I have said it's dryer or maybe just not as fresh as in the past. Oh well, still great stuff

the flavors pop !

your Falafel Mix spoiled me, thinking they are all the same I bought another brand, it does not hold a candle to the flavors in your mix. I'll be back soon for more.
