I placed the order intending it to be a Christmas present, but it never arrived.

Flavor is amazing. Made terrific red sauce. Found a few that were moldy. Not near as spicy as in the past. Could just have been a bad weather year.

Best red Chilies ever

We moved from Texas to New York and have had a hard time locating all the herbs and seasonings to make all our Mexican dishes. We were thrilled to receive the red chilies and we immediately made our red sauce for our enchiladas, Chile Colorado and menudo. Now we are searching for tripe up here. The red sauce was fantastic! We will be ordering again, soon. Thank you.
