Trying to return the item I purchased

I'm trying to return the Power supply I purchased. I've sent an email and no one has gotten back to me. Please advise

Is not exact replacement

This product is not a direct replacement for the original. It does have the switch to change the time settings for runtime. Very disappointed. Not as described. Wasted money.
