Calcium & Magnesium Citrate W/ Vitamin D-3, 2:1 Ratio

Excellent Product

Solaray's Cal-Mag Citrate 2:1 ratio with vitamin D is a core part of my supplement regimen. I take an antacid so I don't have a lot of stomach acid to dissolve calcium carbonate (made from oyster shells). The citrate version is much better for me since it requires less stomach acid to dissolve. As personal preference the 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium works for me as too much magnesium can have a laxative effect, but whether 1:1 or 2:1 is best would be different for everyone I'd imagine.
