I began taking the keto k-1000 in 2019 while on keto diet. After getting off of keto I realize that I still wasn’t drinking enough water so I continued on the K 1000. It has been a godsend. I have plenty of friends that have dehydrated due to lack of drinking enough water and not realizing what their issue was until seeing their doctor.. I am in my 70s my husband‘s in his 80s and neither one of us have ever had this issue because we take The electrolytes. Even my doctor was impressed with the amount of potassium and magnesium that this products contains and without all the sugar most electrolytes contain. Very pleased with this product and plan to stay on it !

This is the best electrolyte powder I have ever used. If you need electrolytes, whether you’re an athlete or getting older and don’t drink as much water should this is the powder for you.
