Replacements for missing pieces. I've had my roaster apart so much and think a couple fell out that I didn't notice.

Ceramic bearings

Reasonably priced, but would only let me buy 2. Mine was easy to replace on the heater side. Luckily I only had one that had a severe flat spot on it for some reason. I'm guessing that a piece of grit or chaf got wedged between the bearing and drum support damper and caused the bearing to lock up. I lubed the damper with a small amount of silicon grease to maybe try to help from grinding down one of my bearings if one locks up again.

Works as Advertised

These bearings replaced the old ones (have had this roaster for years and years). The original bearings had become flat on one side after hundreds of roasts, and these were perfect replacements. My only gripe is the shipping costs for my small parts were as much as the parts...That said, I love the fact that parts for the Gene Cafe are easily sourced for repairs!
