Found they came off when grinding some whole beans. I've had to repair my Gene Cafes before, so I went directly to the website. Found the item and ordered it. Received them before I had to roast again. Everything went smooth and I was back in business. Make sure you don't try to use the roaster without them. Could break the reactor. I will just complain about the shipping fee for something that fits in an envelope.

Fit Like a Glove

10 to a pack at 27.00 on my doorstep. A tad more than I had hoped to pay, but they are a perfect fit and I have a large enough amount to last a long time. Note to self. Check to see that the "bumper" is in place at the end of each roast. Otherwise you'll need to check your beans1
