I am an engineer, And I must say I never do these reviews except… This unit is amazing! Simple to set up packaged so well No damage! Simple to unpack and no permanent sticky tape to have to remove! We make Communication Shelters for the Department of Defense and I used10 units in those buildings and they worked beautifully. You will not be disappointed!

Overall Satisfied

We are satisfied with this purchase. It's very good at cooling the room. It's taking up a lot more space than we expected. The exhaust hose makes it impossible to push closer to the window. The setting up process was more difficult than we had anticipated. We had to cut to fit in window, and the foam tape kept sticking to fingers and falling apart while trying to fit under exhaust on window sill.
