Smith & Wesson M&P SHIELD M2.0 4in IWB Holster

Holster still doesn't fit gun.

I bought this holster for my brother as a Christmas gift. I order the shield version the first time on accident, that was my fault. He owns a S&W M&P 9mm M2.0 with a 4" barrel. You guys did the exchange for me, which was awesome, but then you sent one that still doesn't fit the gun. My brother took a picture of the gun not fitting in the holster and included the receipt. I tried emailing it to customer service and they can't get the photo uploaded for some reason. I've sent the photos twice now. Also, have exchanged a total of 13 emails back and forth with customer service and still can't get this figured out. It's February now, significantly past Christmas. Please help me figure this out.

this is a nice holster, it fit my firearm well and has good adjustment. customer service was great as i had a few questions and they were very helpful.
