I took a chance on ordering this item! I misplaced one of the tips on the shower chair! This was my father’s chair when he first had surgery over 20 years ago. I looked and surfed the internet to find the leg tips for this chair. I saw carex website and realized that this was a carex chair. They fit perfectly! Thank you Carex, I will always take care of this chair. My dad has passed on now! Thank you again for your products! I will be ordering more products from you!

You did not provide a way to return the item. Had I known in advance, I would have never ordered them. I thought that it was the leg I needed for my shower seat. Also you need to reword your product!!!
