Carex Day-Light Classic Plus Light Therapy Lamp

My lamp doesn't turn on with either light setting. Plus one of the cord clips was damaged. Extremely disappointed as this is something I wanted to utilize towards better health. Do you accept returns?

I’ve been using it for two days now, and I’ve already noticed a positive impact on my waking up and feeling energized.

Base makes a weird clicking sound, but light seems to work well.
