Strawberry gum

Intriguing product

This is a little different to what I was expecting, as it’s more like a grass than a gum, and I’m still experimenting with it. The flavour is quite unique, a sort of herbaceous strawberry vibe, and I’m currently using it in my morning coffee while pondering further ideas.

Beautiful flavour, sublime aftertaste! Tastes kind of like berries, kind of like passionfruit. You could add this to a fruity cocktail syrup, Christmas trifle, parfait or jelly to great effect. Always exciting to add a new flavour to the repertoire.
