Rough Start

After seeing such high praise for HT gear I decided to bite the bullet and order these. The assembly was absolutely ridiculous, and I'm getting tired of companies not including real directions in the package anymore. How hard is it to include a printout that makes sense? Having to follow along on a youtube video is frustrating, and even the video was vague on things. We were first just going off of the pictures that were in the box, and then halfway through had to start over, realizing that we were putting the front wall on backwards. The design of the black frame is bizarre and we had no idea why it was ever decided to do it this way with the plastic inserts in the metal tubing that you have to try to hold tight so you can actually get the screws in without spinning. Why not have threaded ends on those poles that you can just put a nut on? There is definitely no disassembling of this happening once you get it together, that is for sure. Fit and finish is weird, especially with the doors, that you kind of have to pull and twist to open. We'll see how this goes. I'm holding off on ordering any more HT things until I use this to see if it's worth the frustration and cost.
