I absolutely love Norwegian gjetost cheese. It ihas a deliciously caramel flavour, naturally created from whey.

Gjetost is a special treat that has all but disappeared from store shelves in much of British Columbia and Alberta. It is a real windfall to find any at all and it quickly gets bought up. Thank you Cheesy Place, you have literally saved the holidays for me! God jul og godt nytt år!
