I tried this coffee originally as it is Swiss water processed. Loved it .I have recommended it to friends, who have also ordered it again. This coffee is strong without the bitterness. would recommend to everyone. I usually order two 2lb bags directly from the company, which saves on shipping. Thanks for great coffee.

You wouldn't know it was decaf

My go to! I appreciate that SFB Coffee's decafs are water processed. As someone who loves coffee so much that I drink it black YET has a heart issue and so now must drink decaf--this gets my day started. It's distressing that world events have forced the price up TEN DOLLARS since I started purchasing maybe within the last year-- but comparatively still worth it. Until I can't afford it anymore and I go cut down the chickory growing along the road side.

Best taste and value of any decaf I have had

I decided to buy a coffee grinder and start grinding my own 2 years ago. After doing some research, I learned that it was the fine grind that store bought coffee came in that was making my coffee taste bitter all those previous years. I also learned to use filtered water in my coffee maker. So I now buy whole beans and grind at medium size, and use only RO water (home filter machine) in my coffee. What a HUGE difference! Then I started trying different coffee brands and flavors, in different package sizes. This is by far the most flavorful decaf I have yet come across. Most other decaf coffees, to me, taste like they lost part of their flavor in the decaf process. This brand does not. It has a full bodied, rich flavor that I sometimes forget it's decaf. In fact, I store my coffee in containers that are marked with a big D for the decaf, so I don't get them mixed up and have caffeine late at night. :) Also part of this review is my appreciation for the bag size (2 lb) and the great price value for that size. I've done a lot of cost comparison from many brands, and this one is up at the top of the list. Oh, BTW, this company also has outstanding customer service! I wrote them for advice (not a complaint) and they responded right away with great courtesy and friendliness. Kudos to SFB Coffee!
