I think it is a reasonable good multi vitamin. Taking a lot of other vitamins also makes it is hard to judge, a lot of the results depends on how the body absorbs and uses the vitamins. I trust that it is good quality, because most of your other vitamins are good too. When I ordered it I ordered it with other vitamins on line. The Luteineyes did not come in the order, so reported it and a week later it showed up so that was nice.
