Not long enough

This is a replacement cord for my original chill cord. First they sent the wrong cord. Now this cord fits but it's far too short for my set up. Been using the chill to carry groceries from store home and the old cord reaches fine. This cord isn't long enough and the part that connects to the cigarette lighter jack was hard to push in and doesn't have an off on switch like the original cord. Why arent these replacements better not worse than original Two stars is being generous at this point. Maybe try a different cord maker

Frustrated

This is a replacement part for the one I have that broke after one very short Maine summer of use. Because the initial product was a Christmas gift, it was more than a year since purchase so GoSun will not cover the cost of a replacement despite very minimal usage. I expected better quality. I have enjoyed all the GoSun products I have (cooler, French press, two batteries, a couple of solar panels), I just wish there was a better warranty or better understanding that a calendar year is not the same as a usage year and barely 3 months of moderate usage should not be the expected lifespan.
