I ordered a pair of lems trailhead.l telephone footlocker and l think l spoke to the owner who was friendly and helpful. The shoes arrived super fast but sadly a bit tight in the length.No problem l phoned and ordered a size 11.5 which was a perfect fit. I returned the first pair and received a refund very quickly. Great shoes and customer service

Really pleased with the Lems, really comfy and seem to be excellent quality. Even more impressed with the customer service - real humans, responding quickly and professionally. I'll certainly be ordering for Footworks again.

Comfort from the outset

I was already a Lems fan having walking boots and normal day shoes. I needed new walking shoes so bought a pair of the Trailhead ones as I have narrow feet but HATE my toes being squashed. I went up half a size, as recommended, and they fit me perfectly. Already many, many miles into dog walks in complete comfort with my new shoes, and the comfort has been from day one. Worth every penny.
