Napoleon Entice 72'' Wall Mount / Recessed Linear Electric Fireplace

Product is fine. The problem was, you paused my order claiming you needed verification for shipping to a separate address than the billing address. I have multiple rental properties that I routinely buy things for that ship to a different address than my billing address and I have never had my order paused. Once I contacted you, a week later, and reactivated the order, the processed started from the beginning again. Instead of taking 3-7 days to receive my order, as you stated it would take, it took 3 weeks. There are too many companies that ship when they say they will and don't pause orders unnecessarily to use you again. You Lost me.

Clint the salesman was very very helpful. He helped me narrow down my choices. Delivery was quick and went very smooth and seemless and it was delivered on the day and during the timeframe they told us. my fireplace is not installed yet as we are waiting to build out the wall. Can’t wait to use it !!

Beautiful. Easy to put on wall. Great focal point with 65" TV hung above.
