Results very good

I have been taking these capsules on and off for many years, I take them for 1-2 years then take a break for 3-4 months then restart, every time I restart I see result within 2 weeks, my hair and nails grow a lot faster and thicker. Overall I am happy with the result. However recently due to a skin condition (not caused by this capsule) I have to stop taking a few types of supplements for a while, I don’t know how long for but I will be happy to take them again when I’m ready :)
