Very satisfied

I am very happy with this product, although I have to take it on faith (and reading) that it's actually producing structured water! It certainly seems to operate easily and properly, and it definitely creates a vortex. Also, Tribest's customer service is excellent. I have sent quite a few emails asking questions; the responses have been prompt and thorough. The user manual could be more detailed (which would have saved some of that emailing). It's nicely supplemented by a youtube video. All in all, I'm glad I bought this product.
