perfect pan for perfect omelette

The pan is well-made, comfortable to hold, easy to handle, inexpensive but definitely worth it's money. It is coated so it won't rust. It is not non-stick on its own, but the included instructions on how to prepare the pan before first use and before every use are clear and work very well. The instructions are entirely in japanese but thanks to modern technology that is not an issue. An english version would still be nice. The iron used is also not sourced from Russia! Would recommend and buy again.

Very good quality

This omelette pan is solid, good quality, with a nice wood handle. I bought the large one and the size is perfect. Received my order quickly, very well packaged. Excellent service.
