A special shout out to Alexandria with Hayes. I had ordered decal paper that cost me in the area of $15-$20. It was packaged appropriatly and by that I mean stiff cardboard packaging but when I received it the USPS still had crinkled the package which caused creases in the paper (I have no idea how this happenned but it definatly had a rough journey). I was annoyed at the USPS but did not feel like fileing a claim with them because I was certain the paperwork would be extrensive and honestly, the headache was not worth the $20. I did notify Hayes Co. I did not ask for a new shipment nor did I ask for a refund, I just advised them of what happenned. Alexandria got right back to me and sent out replacement paper, no charge. I was incredibly grateful as there are other companies that would shift responsibility over to USPS. I striongly recommend Hayes to anyone looking to do business with them and again, thank you Alexandria.

The product is great but their shipping costs are astronomical

The large sheets are great for multiple prints for my plastic models. This really is a great product.
