Customer Service Ruins My Rating

I have used Cosmos for years and would love to give a 5-star rating but the recent lack of customer service is both disappointing and frustrating. We run a small business and rely on these products to fill orders, but when the products don't arrive and no one responds to my numerous emails and messages, we are left to pivot to another company to keep our business afloat. Again, very disappointed that it has come to this.

New to Sublimation

I am fairly new to sublimation and the colors are vibrant and I will be purchasing more products from Cosmos Ink.
