Poor customer service

Placed an order, and it was supposed to arrive in 5 days and it didn't, tried to contact customer service support and had to send 3 emails for you to contact me, it was just then when my order was shipped, that's 2 weeks after the order was placed. No apologies, no coments, no follow-up.
