Great jacket
Well made, excellent design, and warm. The jacket is easy to get on and off, and stays in place once it’s on. I like the reflective piping that makes our dog visible at night, as well as the light loop. This is the best winter jacket I’ve found. Great for a southern dog in New England winter!

Finally found a coat that keeps my hairless dog warm!
Big big big thumbs up for Furness! Finally found coats that keep my two girls warm in Chicago winters! Getting my dogs suited up so they'll be warm enough to go for a walk was always a challenge - especially with my hairless girl. I'll admit I was hesitant because of the cost - but wow - that was definitely money well spent! Also, knowing Ruffwear has a very easy return process if the coats didn't work out made the decision easier. Dog #1 (in red coat, size S) is a 27 lb lanky hairless gazelle. Dog #2 (in grey coat, size XS) is a bossy 16 lb Jack Russell mix. Both girls are perpetually cold. The coats are easy to get on and zippered. The leg loops help the back end of the coat cover their butts. (Without leg loops, Small Dog's tail lifts coats up & lets cold air in). The sleeves and cinch strap around the waist do a good job of keeping the heat in. Ruffwear attention to detail shows! Reflective stripes are super reflective; pocket to hide excess cinch rope - nice touch! Snaps to keep the leg loops in place if not used - nice! Cinch rope to help make the coat more fitted but not uncomfortable - amen! Stretchy sleeves instead of wide open chest area - nice! Having an opening that works with their Ruffwear harnesses - very much appreciated! Time saved from not having to figure out what combination of coats & sweaters will keep them warm enough but still able to move - priceless!

Much Needed
We have a 4mo Springer and this fits very well on him. He didn’t give it much fuss at all, took to it very easy. We live in Bozeman so a winter coat is much needed. My family thought I was a total dweeb for putting a jacket on a dog. However, yesterday we had a big winter storm and my wife was much happier that a dry dog came into the house rather than a wet damp version.
