Love the pizza Oven!

It gets super hot fast. Kinda wish there were more instructions and tips on how to use it. We have burnt a few pizzas!! Lol. it showed up in perfect condition. We were promised a cover due to the long delivery time in compensation but that didn't come through. We did get $100 credit. We were promised delivery by Labor Day and got it December 24th. :). Well worth the wait. Customer service was always friendly and apologetic, offered a refund but we chose to wait. Installation support over the holidays was excellent, answered the first phone call and helped us get it going. It's pretty big so make sure dimensions fit your space. I would recommend to a friend!
