Packable Duffel

Exceptional product, even better service

Beautiful, lightweight, wrinkle-free, functional simple, packable duffel. Only bag of its class in my opinion. The bag is a joy to use. However, the customer service I experienced from Maria and the team were truly next level. The product wasn’t expected to be crafted and shipped until after my planned trip. But to my surprise and delight, Maria and the team expedited the process and delivery to ensure I’d have it on my trip. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The only thing I can relate it to is something I’ve only seen on TV: The Bear Season 2 Episode 7 - “Forks” - the pizza scene (iykyk).

You don’t make it easy getting the duffel into the pouch. It’s extremely difficult getting the duffel inside the pouch. Maybe, I’m just old and arthritic.

Pretty basic

It's light weight. Wish it had shoulder straps. Not too differentiated from a million other and less expensive options
