Best bag I've ever had

I've been working in IT for 35 years and have carried many bags. This is the best bag I've had to date, tons of room, well designed. The weight/thickness of the canvas is perfect. I hope it holds up to the test of time. I also have a couple Waterfield sleeves for my MacBook's, another great and must have IMO product. Great work Waterfield!

perfect size and function when traveling by plane

Very well made, light weight but sturdy, with the right number of compartments to hold those things that you don't want leaving your side when the airline suddenly demands that you check your carry on bag, (happened to me recently). This bag easily fits under the seat in front of you and your "importants" stay with you.

Good bag, great service.

Bag arrived, and is as advertised. The canvas is a bit thin (you can see light through the single layer panels in the bag) but I can't speak to durability or longevity yet. However, it's functional, weather resistant, comfortable, and I appreciate the little design choices like the cobra buckles and the top handle that not enough messengers have. The inner pockets are well placed, it's spacious, the strap easily adjusts, and everything seems well stiched and well produced. The front zipper pocket is a bit secure, but it has a perk that is surprisingly useful: you can access it while the bag remains closed, and because of the zippers used, the pouch itself is secure and waterproof. All in all, I'm pretty confident this bag is going to serve me well for a long time. The best part of my purchase experience was the customer service. The vendor was responsive, helpful, and more importantly, generous. I made a mistake in my order and forgot one of the add-ons, and the vendor was very helpful and friendly while resolving the issue with me in a manner that worked well for both their business and my needs. I was impressed. I'm happy with the purchase, and would buy again (although I'm expecting I won't have to for a while).
