Pretty good eggs. Quick and easy to prepare. They are a bit bland and definitely need seasoning for flavor.

I use it to make a omelet the eggs scrambled inside and salsa on top

Quick and healthy option

Took me a while to pull the trigger and purchase this as I was skeptical of whether powdered eggs would be any good. They are not bad at all! I fixed them in the microwave and the texture was just fine. Just my personal preference but the smoke flavoring was a little over powering. Still, I would buy them again. I try to keep a stash of healthy, shelf-stable, options at work as I don't always have time to pack lunch or go out.
