Proti Diet Protein Oatmeal Mix, Banana Nut, 7 Pouches

These are my go to post workout … i add in some fresh fruit and organic ceylon cinnamon and im satiated

Good oatmeal and smells great. Very filling. Flavor doesn't match the incredible smell though. It's a bit more bland than the smell. The smell leads you to believe it's gping to be phenomenal and then bam very little flavor. Not saying it's terrible I just like flavor to hit me in the mouth. Definitely worth trying and would purchase again but will need to spice up the flavor.

Very delicious even though one of the packets had only a tblsp of oatmeal in it. The taste was good and it has little nuts in it
