A little different type of white plum
Thus far I haven't had a chance to do much with the Bavay Gage except for unpacking and planting. I did take note of what seems like a healthy trunk/stem. The outside air temp is in the mid 50's and I planted it in a 5 gal. bucket supplied with plenty of water in order to bring it in if the temps fall below freezing overnight (we had 3 occurrences thus far. The buds are trying to grow and I am hoping to start seeing branches develop soon. The roots are in good shape not rotted. I have my fingers crossed hoping that it will take. I need a pollinator for my other white plums and this one should fit the bill.

Just a stick with no roots. Hoping to see signs of life soon.

Basically just a stick
This tree came with a Mount Royal plum as well. The Bavay gage tree had only one tiny branch and no others. It hasn’t really showed any signs of live yet since I planted it a little over a week ago.
Update- the tree has woken up and is sprouting green leaf buds from several nodes and from its one tiny branch. It’s still basically a stick but it’s growing!! Great product from a great company.
