Dead on arrival

Due to the extended amount of time it took the delivery company to get this to me it was dead on arrival and never recovered. Raintree issued me a credit within three days after I notified them with the pictures and the explanation, a very fast response. The sign of a trustworthy company.

Powery mildew

We planted the kiwi plants the day after pickup and within a few days powdery mildew covered the most of the plants' older leaves. New emerging leaves didn't have it. I didn't have any other plants around the planting site, and I don't know how the kiwi were exposed, but I promptly sprayed with copper sulfate.
