This pattern is amazing. The versatility is only limited to your imagination. I would really like to know what pattern the skirt on the front pageis.

Versatile pattern

I made this for a Magic Attic Club doll, and so I had to make some adjustments for size. I'm sure it's fine for the AG dolls, based on the multiple photos with the pattern - which is a feature I really appreciate on Pixie Faire, btw! The only thing I would do differently next time is make a facing to use for around the neckline. I had some puckering when using bias tape. Also, I had a little trouble figuring out the placement for the embroidered placket, but maybe I would have had to change it anyway because of alterations I made. It would be helpful if the center front line were marked on the pattern. I bought the Lori Blouse embroidery designs on Etsy, and I highly recommend those. (Bought them before I realized PF has this whole site of its own.) I love this embroidery concept and would be interested in seeing more embroidery designs tailored for specific patterns. I am currently using the embroidered collar on a dress for another doll, and I wanted to make that open in the back. I cut the collar in half and bound the back edge, which will be fine for my purpose, but I'd love to see another blouse design with embroidered collars designed to open in the back, and a front placket that is just decorative. I sew for a young grandchild and Velcro is the preferred closure for now. I have made another embroidered collar as a detachable, and a couple of the machine FSLace collars, as well. This blouse pattern and the machine embroidery designs to go with it are some of the most versatile on Pixie Faire.
