Return policy horrible!

I am extremely dissatisfied with MAC Sports. Their return policy is terrible, and there is absolutely no flexibility when it comes to returns or exchanges. Even after submitting a return request, I was still left stuck with a product I didn’t need or want. Be very careful and make sure you purchase exactly what you need, because if there’s any issue, don’t expect help. Customer service simply refers you back to their policy rather than working toward a reasonable solution. I will not be shopping here again.

It was to small for my liking. Having a hard time getting customer service to respond to my e-mails. Need something bigger, this would be great for some people, but not for us.
