So this is why it's on sale

The wagon I got was deeply discounted. I think the reason why is because the latch on the tailgate doesn't stay latched and it crashes open between 2-10 minutes of latching it. We reached out to support and they asked for a video of it. We sent it a week ago and haven't heard back. We solved it with 2 cable ties but it makes sense why it's on sale. We do like the wagon, especially for the price, but we wanted it to work out of the box.

great wagon for a good price with one issue

The wagon is great and the utility trailer is great to have. The only problem is that the utility trailer does not stay latched - it is going to pop out and hurt someone. So I decided to leave it open until I can get bungee cords to tie this up. Also when I put a cooler on the utility trailer, I will need a bungee cord to secure it. It would be great if the wagon included a couple of bungee cords.

Some issues

Red latch to keep cooler tray up does not work. Pull handle extension lock does not work. Cannot stand wagan up against a wall or fence. It is a bit heavy.
