If you bake as often as I do, this is more than a bargain. I have not seen high quality vanilla extract for under $1`an ounce in a decade. This will last me a while and will only become richer as I use it up. I have tried many brands but ANY Cook's vanilla extract is far superior to any others. My only complaint is that I have to order it since it is not sold in stores in New York.
