Good but not the best

I wanted to try and find an eco alternative to the plastic-based sponges I'd been used to using, and this seemed a good option. I especially liked that it could be washed and re-used! At first I was worried that it wasn't great at lathering shower gel/soap, but seemed to improve a little more after using it a few times. However! I did feel like I had to use more gel/soap overall than I normally would to get a decent lather. Something I also wasn't too keen on was that, where the knot where the string is tied and cut off, I would often end up brushing that over my skin and it didn't feel particularly nice! So sadly I didn't end up loving this.
