#D1B/5 | Tape-in Extensions

Ive had extensions for 10+ hears including these exact ones before. I know how to take care of them properly but these ones, from the first few days i had them installed were a frizzy tangled mess. I tried reaching out to the company considering i paid almost $600 for them, and she told me to follow her list of hair care as if i havent had extensions for years and NEVER had such a problem with a tangled mess for the amount of money I spent. Maybe with $100 extensions i could see being ok with that, but nearly $600? I wont be ordering again. These extensions companies are getting cheaper with their quality of hair they are putting out.
