soak them overnight in the fridge and it make great oat milk hard to find groats these seem to be good quality

...and pulpmeal! I have tried making oatmilk in thr past using rolled oats and vitamix and it was a horrible, slimy mess. Soaked these groats for a few hours and whipped up some creamer in the Almond Cow and it was great! Highly recommend.
