Yoga - what else?
I am now 4 weeks with MFY and I had not one single moment of regret.
For me it is all what I like to get hooked on. The courses are easy to follow and well explained. I am fond of straight foreward doing the exercises and not having my focus of chanting, singing om and namaste all the time. For guys who are like me looking for enlightment by moving and exploring their on body and its physical capabilities - here is the right place to start with.
