High Energy Pre-Workout

Love the gummy flavor

Flavor is amazing in and it is perfect for days when I feel lower energy, but still need to get in a good workout. There is a decent amount of caffeine in this so if you are sensitive to caffeine you may want to adjust how much you take. I have found 1/2 a scoop is perfect for me.

I really like the flavor, seems to help with energy levels. Dissolves well.
