I like it
A very tasty and distinctly delicious coffee. Since I've been drinking single source gourmet coffees since the late 1960s, I feel I am just aged myself enough to know when something qualifies as surprisingly blessed (as this does), as I've never even heard of Bolivian coffee before. Organic makes all the difference.

Acceptable coffee but a bit more bitter after taste for this black coffee drinker.
Long time customer. I drink my coffee black and my favorite that I order most often is Bali Blue Moon. Almost all of coffee am's coffee are very good but Bali Blue Moon is the one I enjoy the most, black no sugar etc. The organic Bolivia is a good cup but a little more bitter tasting to my liking and lingers as an after taste, especially drinking it after a meal without. Tastes better to me when I drink it with a square of dark chocolate after lunch. I include this coffee in my second tier. I would reorder if on special . And for those who use cream and or sugar it might work better for you.

Nice but nothing special
The description stated hints of cocoa but I didn't pick that out. Another note I found slightly lacking was the fruitiness. This was one of the smoother coffees with none of the acid of others.
